The Unit

We are located about 10-15 minutes walking distance to Universal City Theme Park (Tram) and 5 minutes’ drive to Warner Bros. & Disney Studios. There are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and retail all within a short walking distance. We’ll make sure to share our favorites with you in our welcome package.

Guest Access

You will have your own well-lit private entry and the outdoor space is sectioned off from the main house for your privacy. However, the space is, unfortunately, not ADA accessible. Out of respect for all our guests, we do not allow smoking inside or outside of the premise.

We are centrally-located between the major studios. Walking distance to high-traffic retail, restaurants and clubs in North Hollywood (Artsy / Creative), Toluca Lake (Upscale) and Studio City (Trendy)

Espresso Coffee, Welcome Gift Basket, First-Aid Kit and much more. Plenty of street parking is available. (It has never been an issue).
